Archadeck of Clemson is a custom design and build remodeling business started in 1988 by Garland Gravely. We are part of the 70-member Archadeck franchise system with franchises in the US, Canada, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Remodeling Magazine ranked Archadeck as the United States' largest deck and porch builder.
Archadeck of Clemson is a licensed residential builder and general contractor. We design and build decks, screened porches, porch enclosures, pergolas, awnings, and walkways. We have also done sunrooms, room additions, kitchens, baths, and whole house remodels. Our goal is to always concentrate on the needs of our customers, to design around your vision of the project, and to do more "listening" than "selling."
We invite you to call for a free design consultation. At your consultation we’ll show you past projects, discuss your needs and tastes, explain your construction material options (including the new, low-maintenance wood alternatives), talk about costs, and measure and photograph your home/lot.
The design consultation is completely free and you are under no obligation to hire Archadeck. Should you decide to move forward after your free design consultation, we will custom design your building plan. You will still not be under any obligation to hire us as your builder until you approve your plan and sign your contract.
Archadeck offers one of the strongest written warranties in the remodeling industry, and the completion of our projects is guaranteed with the National Guarantee Corporation. Archadeck of Clemson builds strictly to all applicable building codes and acquires all necessary building permits. We are covered by workman's compensation and liability insurance and are fully bonded. Our franchise has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1990 and has an A+ rating.

We work very hard to be as unobtrusive as possible during the entire construction phase.
